General Cancellation Terms:
1. Cancellation Requests:
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to tours@tamilnadutourism.com or through our online cancellation form available on our website.
- Please include your booking reference number, name, and contact details in your cancellation request.
2. Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled service date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 29 to 15 days before the scheduled service date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 to 7 days of the scheduled service date or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during booking.
Special Circumstances:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other emergencies, we will evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative options such as rescheduling or credit vouchers.
Modifications to Bookings:
If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, please contact us at tours@tamilnadutourism.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable modification fees.
