Air:
A 10 km travel will take you to the airport. Domestic planes are available at any time.
Bus:
There are three main bus stands in Coimbatore, Central bus station, Thiruvalluvar bus station and Ukkadam bus station. All three bus stands are active all day. There are buses for every 30 minutes to Ooty and Kodaikanal.
Rail
Coimbatore railway station is one of the busiest in Tamilnadu. Trains from all parts India halt here.
